Thanks to James & Mayra at Mortgages.ca, I have my dream house! I’d had conversations with other brokers and bankers who didn’t have nearly the knowledge, clarity, and comprehensive understanding that I got from James. He shared many options, answered every question I had (some very idiosyncratic) and, in the end, came up with several possibilities for my borrowing needs. Had I relied on the word of the banker, I’d be without a place to call my own. We had a fast closing and everything was managed with speed, confidentiality, the utmost professionalism and care.
